Mark Janasik, a senior restaurant executive, currently serves as
Franchise Partner to Taqueria del Sol and Managing Member of CCG
Restaurants, Inc., in Cary, North Carolina. Since March of 2012, Janasik
has assisted in the development of the Taqueria del Sol restaurant
concept in North Carolina. Mark Janasik stresses a people-friendly
approach, which has helped him to sustain a track record of success over
the past decade. This approach extends both to his associates, vendors
and his guests.

Taqueria del Sol was a 2011 nominee for the James
Beard Foundation “Outstanding Restaurateur” category. The restaurant
delights customers with reasonable prices and tasty Mexican,
Southwestern, and Southern inspired dishes. Industry publications like
Bon Appetit and QSR have recognized the "Taqueria del Sol" concept for
excellence.

Prior to developing Taqueria del Sol, Janasik was
responsible for daily operations at Five Guys Burgers and Fries in
Jacksonville, Florida. His responsibilities included personnel/
management development, quality/ operational control, and contract
negotiations. Janasik also managed the construction and opening of new
stores. Under his leadership, Five Guys Burgers and Fries (NE FLorida)
won the Best Burger Award every year from 2006 to 2011.
