Andy is a post recession agent with fresh ideas on how to work in this challenging marketplace. Andy unexpectedly ended up in real estate after his first apartment search in the city. With the sales market in a slump in 2010, Andy instead decided to dive into the hot rental market in the city by working for a leasing focused brokerage. Then in late 2011, Andy moved to Exit Realty's Bucktown (Chicago) location, where he started to jump into the sales side as well. He was attracted Exit's energetic atmosphere and unique blend of specialties like short sales, luxury, and rentals.
Andy is a longtime native of the Chicagoland and couldn't imagine a better area to sell real estate. Even in the hottest neighborhoods there is something for everyone at all different price points, and that's how he treats his business. Andy is a licensed Illinois real estate broker that belongs to the National, Illinois and Chicago Associations of Realtors. He also is very active as a member of the CAR's Young Professionals Network. He was even published in the October 2011 issue of Illinois Realtor Magazine where he discussed strategies for new agents.
